Chapter 2
In Chapter 2, the beginning talks mostly about hoe email works and the most frequently used features. I like the beginning of the chapter mostly because although i use email probably 90%of my life, I still find new ways and new features that I had no clue existed or how they worked. Chapter 2 is also very useful as Chapter 1 because this chapter is also vital knowledge to know about. Sending messages through email is sometimes good and bad in my opinion. I think sending emails electronically is better but a lot of people I am sure can disagree.
